2042 Crashing on PC - DirectX / GPU Driver Error

2042 is freezing and crashing with the following error - please see attached to view the error. Attached is also an event that was logged from Windows Event Viewer that occurred around the same time as the crash. The crashing only occurs when I am editing my attachments from within the loadout menu of a Portal match (both BC2 and BF3). I have not tested if these crashes occur in 2042, as I have no attachments to swap in 2042.

After over 3+ hours of troubleshooting, here are the troubleshooting steps I have taken (in no particular order):
- Turned my settings down from Ultra to Medium
- Turned off DLSS, NVidia Reflex, and VSync
- Ran sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth from an admin level command prompt
- Uninstalled and reinstalled my graphics driver three different ways (First with Control Panel, Then with GEForce Experience, and finally with DDU)
- Verified Windows 11 is up to date
- Verified I'm using the latest graphics and chipset drivers
- Cleared my Origin Cache
- Tried running the game with both DirectX 11 and DirectX 12 by adjusting the settings from under the Documents library
- Repaired 2042, as well as uninstalled + reinstalled 2042
- Uninstalled an additional display tool I had called SuperDisplay
- Ran dxdiag and verified I am on the latest version of DirectX
- Attempted to run the game in Safe Mode w/ Networking with all non-Microsoft services disabled, however my wireless was still disabled even when I reenabled all services; I have not looked into enabling wireless within Safe Mode as I would prefer not to go down another rabbit hole

Short of either reinstalling Windows, reinstalling Origin / switching to EA Desktop, or rolling back drivers, I am out of ideas. You can see my system specs below.

Windows 11 Pro - Version 21H2 - OS Build # 22000.318
AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core CPU
32GB DDR4 RAM @3200MHz (Corsair Vengeance)
NVidia GEForce RTX 2080 (MSI Gaming Trio - Driver version 496.49)
OS is installed on a 256GB Intel NVMe, 2042 is installed on a WD Blue 1TB SATA SSD
I am running no AV and Windows Firewall is disabled, however I am running both O&O Shut Up 10 and SpyBot AntiBeacon
Nothing in my rig is overclocked

I could run the beta just fine, I only had one crash. I even have a friend who has a 2080 and has had no crashes whatsoever, and another friend who is playing on a 980 with no issues.
