2042 is stuck on “Connecting to online services” screen

Every time I boot up 2042, I get an infinite “connecting to online services” loading screen. I assume it might have something to do with the fact that I’m stuck playing the trial even though I purcha...

Yes, I’ve played the trial version of the game, I don’t  have EA play but I’ve got Ultimate Game Pass

I don’t know what to do, I’ve tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling, I’ve reset my router, restarted my Xbox, restarted the game, but nothing is working. It allows me to play the Xbox one version of the game but not the series x version.
