2042 Won't Open

I was playing the game perfectly fine earlier today. I went to relaunch the game later and it won't open. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Restarting my PC. Setting stuff as admin. Updating and reinstalling drivers. Clearing EA App Cache. Verifying game files. Reinstalling steam. Nothing. Every time I try and launch the game through EA I get the following in my logs:

When launching through steam I get no error, just that it successfully launched the game and the service link2ea was a success even though it still does not open.
