30mm cannons not unlocking for F-35E Panther

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? F-35E Panther equipment screen

Summarize your bug The 30mm cannon is not unlocking for the F-35E Panther and is greyed out. It is at 60/60 and mastery 2 but still not unlocked
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try unlocking the 30mm cannons
What happens when the bug occurs? You dont unlock the 30mm cannons for the F-35E Panther
What should be happening instead? I should get the 30mm cannon unlocked

    @NottheRiver Had this same issue on Xbox Series X, I unlocked the 30mm as soon as I reached Mastery 4 (simultaneously with the silver mastery badge). Hopefully it's just a matter of the the wrong value being displayed after a tuning update.

    Yeah hopefully, but I've seen people report bugs like this since the game came out so we'll see
