So, could anyone help me? The game's support was unable to resolve my problem, I carried out all possible steps, and they always change the person responsible for the service. This is the only game in which my GPU has low usage, there is immense input lag and low FPS, I can't enjoy the game that was supposed to be my birthday present, I'm very sad.
Even the new Redacted 16x16 map becomes unplayable.
All other games (NFS Heat, BF4, BF5, World War Z, Warframe) can extract optimal performance from my PC, I'm sure there is an optimization problem, but what can I do? I would just like to get my case resolved, if that's not possible then could I get some sort of refund?
Can you by any chance check if the XMP is disabled ? it's an option in the bios that if enabled will make the RAM work at it's max rated speed and change between different profiles.
If it's disabled then enable it, it's preferred to update to the latest bios version before enabling XMP for max compatibility.
