@Raptor_i81 Hello Raptor, thanks for the suggestion, I've already tried toggling the XMP option, and I also made sure to update the bios, but it didn't resolve the issue. Additionally, I tried the alternatives suggested by support via email, but the behavior persists.

@leonardoleonwf What's your CPU clock while you are in game ? also can you provide screenshots for your in game "Display>video" options.
Also for science I advice to not use (user.cfg) just take a backup and delete this file.

- Raptor_i812 years agoNew Hotshot@leonardoleonwf Something is limiting your CPU from boosting all the way to 4.3GHz and you have some of threads lower than 2GHz and 15 threads below 3.0GHz !
I know that only one core suppose to boost to 4.3 but the rest shouldn't be far behind.
Your CPU 3900( non X ) boost is 4.3GHz and base is 3.1GHz.
Check power plane advanced settings and make sure that minimum processor state in 100% and also max is 100%.
Even if you have checked previously, double check now.
Disable any ECO mode for your CPU assuming you have capable cooling.- leonardoleonwf2 years agoSeasoned Rookie
@Raptor_i81 I had already tried to configure the settings previously, I arrived again as you recommended. There is also no eco mode activated in the bios or system ☹️
