Had the same Problem on PC, how to fix it for now. Go into the weapon attachment menu>add scope+Silencer etc. to the inner menu as 1st option.I mean if you use T it shows the att. Menu, this need this change. Right Mouse click the one you wanna move, left mouse to the one you wanna spare. for me it works solong you not change ingame..
