i got mine to work..... i ended up having 80 badges total.... but it unlocked soon as i completed ALL specalists regardless if i had everything else done....so try that first
complete all specalists FIRST then try the others worked for me

Maybe all the badges have to be unlocked in MP, and not solo ?
(Imagine you unlock all badges in solo, no more badges to unlock in MP, you won't be able to get this tag)

The last badge you've got should be unlocked by a MP game.
Not true... After i got 50/50 was locked.
So i got the badge old guard in MP and still locked in grey.
Already restarted game several time, already master all at least First step.
Not works for me.
