Account banned for no reason

I recently started playing Battlefield 2042. Today I tried playing but received a message that my accounts is banned. I only played Solo/co-op with my wife. No PVP etc. So only played against AI. t...

    We're not able to help with banned accounts over Answers HQ. You'll just have to wait for ToS to finish their investigation. You'll receive an email when that happens.

    @EA_Aljo, thanks for the reply.
    I did receive a mail back from EA. They claim that I cheated. I'm confused, If there is one thing I hate then it is people that cheat with FPS. That is one of the reasons I did not play PVP in Battelfeild 2042, only solo/co-op(with AI).
    How can I then be reported for cheating, if I did not even play against any other human players. I'm way to old to keep myself busy with stupid stuff like cheating.If they can show me where and how I cheated I would be glad to sacrifice my whole EA account not just one game. Thanks again for the response.

      @Steeldart1 EA ANTICHEAT is ALWAYS active.
      In solo and multiplayer mode.
