After finishing a match, unable to join a new match without restarting Game

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a game then try to queue for a second match.
What happens when the bug occurs? After the game found a match and finished count down, it just stuck in the character posing screen for couple seconds, then it just jump back to the main menu like nothing happened.
What should be happening instead? Join the game properly.
Every time I finish a match, I can't join any game after the first match.
I can find a match, but when the game try to join and finish count down, it just stuck in the character posing screen for couple seconds, then it just jump back to the main menu like nothing happened.
No error message was shown.
I've tried every mode and any portal game, can't join any of them.
The only way for me to continue playing this game is to restart the game.
Also, I've already re-installed the game and update every driver or package in my PC.
