Summarize your bug Freezing in game of movement and in game CPU FPS will drop to 0.
How often does the bug occur? It has been happening maybe every 60-120 seconds in game.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?  
What happens when the bug occurs?  I was having freezing issues so I put up the FPS overlay and could see the CPU fps would be running at anywhere from 70fps to 90fps and all of a sudden it would drop down to 0 for just a second or two and then pop back up.  I also see that my actual CPU actually decreases in usage.  Going down from like 60-70% usage per core down to like 30-40% per core.  
What should be happening instead? No freezing

Steps I have tried: Deleted Cache, Did a repair on BF2042, enabled the hardware accelerated GPU scheduling in Windows, updated drivers for gpu.
