Agree, seems to be legacy maps only.
"Completely reproducible and not present at all on the 128 player maps as far as I can tell. "
The ADS issue is now narrowed down to this. 64 player Legacy maps (Arica, Noshrar, caspian border, valparaiso) exiting from vehicle or Specialist Gadget. Guns with GL launchers default equipped. High % of reproducibility and still no bug ending solution.
