Aim down sight (ADS) Issues after 2.1.1 Patch.

This ONLY occurs on the 64 player maps. But when equiped with the SFAR, when you get out of a vehicle you cannot ADS. This has been happening randomly eversince the last update, but in the two days it has been happening 100% of the time.

This is VERY annoying. it means that I cannot use a vehicle to traverse the map and must travel on foot the entire time.

This bug has been reported so many times with exact method to reproduce it 100%. They simply don't seem to care. They keep marking it as fixed and yet clearly it never has been on Portal maps. They don't even bother testing properly.

PC player & since I am left handed i switched primary buttons so that I fire with the RH mouse & aim with the LH mouse buttons.  When I aim with any weapon/secondary/gadget around 30% of the time it fires 1 round.  Annoying near enemy with primary when trying to be stealthy but absolutely insane when you ads a rocket or sniper because if an object is in front I die.  Not a razer mouse issue since it doesn't occur in any other game but this one after a year of playing but EA still has not fixed, along with the constant black screens which they say they are "not tracking" or the constant easy anti cheat kicks - constantly repair game and reinstalls later & game is still a dumpster fire 🔥 

Happens on Rush almost 100% of the time on Portal maps, maybe even stock maps. Equip the SCAR GL (SFAR or w/e) as Irish and get in a vehicle and exit. You will not be able to ADS, bullets don't do damage (except side arm), you can't switch to Sentinel from shields and you slide around and can clip through vehicles (they are frozen and have moved away but not on your screen). It happens every time. 

Same here, bought the game 3 weeks ago but when playing with SFAR-H GL in Rush, or Conquest I get it every time when spawning of entering a vehicle, also when using the scouting drone it happens when you have this weapon.

After this zooming in with right button doesn't work at all, switching gadgets doesn't help (if it works at all, alot of times pressing T only shows the weapon beeing hold sideways when this bugs accurs and not the attachments itself).

Only option I see is dying.

This does mean that using any vehicles isn't an option.

Had the issue today on Arica Harbor.

Scar with Liz Specialist. After exiting the Liz rocket, the ADS issue occured for both primary and secondary guns. PS5 version.

Just wanted to clarify that changing gadgets on SFAR doesnt work simply because you cant unequip the GL. It's the GL underbarrel that causes this to happen and that one is not possible to unequip from SFAR.

tbh I'd suggest people try other weapons than SFAR instead of stop using vehicles, rocket launchers etc. (yes, this bug can also be triggered by using launchers, stationary weapons and other things that takes you into "aim mode") until Dice fixes this. If they ever fixes this seeing its been over a year and bug still in the game.

There are plenty of other guns in this game that are just as good as SFAR and many of them can equip and unequip GL underbarrel as you'd like. 

Had the same exact issue with gun with grenade laucher. Also with LIS after one shot with missile launcher, could not fire a second round. It would only let you fire one. The only way around it was to die or get rezzed. Stopped playing 64 player as a result.

Was only playing conquest. I would say most maps, but not all. Trying to get to expert level on LIS and had to bail and only play 128 player maps which were fine. On the plus side, it forced me to get more creative having to fight with just a grenade launcher knowing my gun, sidearm, and T-84 were useless.

This was not rare! This was happening 100% of the time for me on 64 player maps with an SFAR as primary coupled with loss of ability to fire a second shot for LIS on T-84. Completely reproducible and not present at all on the 128 player maps as far as I can tell.
