Been like this on and off since release, anytime I ADS with any weapon. A reboot doesn't fix it either, 64 player servers run smoother but not 100%. Cannot get over this crap, portal works fine, 135...

@Syveii tried that before I posted this, actually makes frame rate worse, doing this puts stress on the CPU instead of the GPU where it is needed. In order to utilize the newer GPUs full potential you need to enable higher settings for more shader requests, otherwise you are stressing your CPU for no reason, might as well run integrated graphics.
Found the solution to the problem within AMD Software!
After disabling the Radeon Anti-Lag I noticed a drastic improvement, so I disabled FreeSync and enabled Enhanced Sync, Instantly this solved the ADS issue completely.
Enhanced sync is an alternative vsync mode that doesn't limit frames and minimizes lag, it works with both FreeSync and fixed refresh rate displays.
