All BF 2042 servers are empty?

I can't get into a single game. I play on Xbox One. I have cross play enabled. Disabling it makes no difference.

I've tried getting into a game numerous times today. Every time I land on the "Waiting for players..." screen that says "1/64 in lobby - 16 required to start".

I've tried every game mode with the same result.

Is anyone successfully getting into a game?

    @LatchedSeven44 Yeah i’ve been having this problem ever since i bought the game in Feb, if i’m lucky i get to play a game or two every few days. It just sucks 👎🏽

    @LatchedSeven44 first here is 10 am so i don’t think that there are many players there (even if we have vacation season)

    second i need to load the patch which many players also will do, so maybe this could be the issue?

    This issue is resolved for me. I've been able to successfully find full games for a few weeks now. I play on Xbox. The trick for me was making sure BOTH cross-play settings were enabled - the one for the console AND the one in the game itself. I was not getting responses on this thread, so I opened a bug here and got helpful responses https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Can-t-get-into-a-game/m-p/11567385/highlight/true#M17336.

    @LatchedSeven44 Yeah i double checked my settings and the crossplay is enabled but i think my case is a regional thing. In your case North America has more players more lobbies in general.. i do find a lobby tho from time to time but i think BF is just not as popular here in the middle east as it is for you guys. But thanks for the link and for your help man.

    I've been in the same boat since Christmas. Havnt been able to play a single game of Breakthrough. Can only join Conquest, or since Exposure has been released thats the only map I can play apart from tonight cos the servers empty. They need to bring back the old server browser with the filters so we can change our region to get a game. This is from tonight on Xbox One in Western Australia

    Yea if it's a region thing, that's a bummer. I'd actually consider that a big bug. If the game is sold in regions with low player count then it would seem reasonable that the game should be designed in a way to enable those players to consistently play the game.

    wow you mean a "Server browser" ... i've never heard of any game that has that feature... it must be a legacy feature, i live in the meddle east as well, used to always find games in BF4 because of the server browser, in BF2042 i can't queue a single game.

    @LatchedSeven44 Makes absolutley zero difference for me in my region. I have crossplay turned on in my Xbox One console settings as well as the BF2042 in game settings.

    When I try to Match Make in All Out Warefare I can only MM in Exodus Conquest currently. Every other game mode in AOW I am waiting for 16 players to join every time. I sit there until MM times out and then dumps me back in the AOW lobby.

    I havnt been able to play a single game of Breakthrough since Christmas. Thats 8 months and counting now......

    All this can be easially solved by implementing a Server Browser like previous BF titles so I can change my region and play the game modes I want to play.

    I have the exact same problem on XBOX ONE X.  But it only started after the Season 2 update was installed.

    Since Season 1 is over I have not been able to play online.  Whatever game type I try, all the rooms are and stays empty.  

    Before season 2 I have never ever had this issue.  Sometimes it took more time to join (1 minute) but that was the worst case.

    @DAVEEBOY76 Thats it mate, Match Making (MM) is not working. They need to bring out a Server Browser and Persistant Servers for All Out Warefare (AOW) so we can all play the game. I have not been able to play a single game of Breakthrough on the core AOW maps since Christmas. I am often the only person in the lobby even though I have crossplay turned on. We need to be able to change our region or at the very least MM needs to change our region for us if there are no games in our region to play. I thought with the addition of Rush to AOW that it would have been chockers but the most people queing to play one game in there at the minute with me is 3. Currently the only game I can play is conquest 24/7 on Stranded. Managed 2.5 games of Breakthrough 24/7 last night before there were not enough players to start a third round.
