Same issue. I play with the arrow keys and the only vehicle this doesn't occur is a tank.

I cant even bind my keyboard keys my arrow keys will not bind to forward or left or right or backwards if they dont fix this at launch I want my money back they made this game for console players for game pads not for us pc player who use keyboard this is the worse.
