I learned the hard way that just because other games are working, it doesn't mean the binaries for the new game are at fault. They could be - just saying it is quite possible it's something specific with your hardware and drivers.
Some quick suggestions:
- Make sure you are using the correct NVIDIA driver.
- Try a different port on your GPU and monitor. Those pictures remind me of a failing port I had.
- Try another display cable, if you have one.
If none of that helps, I suggest you attach a DXDIAG report, as someone may spot something. While you're at it, post some screen shots of your in-game video settings.
It is possible that something is wrong with my hardware. I have had so many of them over the years though. Artifacts would most likely be caused by a faulty gpu, bad vram to be more specific. So when I underclock my gpu heavily and keep the temps at 49C & play the game in low preset in 720 and still get these glitches. I know something is up. Drivers I can buy though, this problem was 90% less persistent with old 412 something nvidia drivers. can't use those anymore though.

Hey @StarLordChris,
Do you have Nvidia DLSS enabled by any chance? Or Ray Tracing?
If yes, can you please turn those off completely (via the in-game settings) and check if you're still seeing these weird things?
