Artifacts, White Flashes, Rainbow artifacts
Played this game when it first came out. I remember it had a bunch of bugs. But this.... What you see in the menu appear in game too. In game it's often the sky that gets filled with these artifacts...

It is possible that something is wrong with my hardware. I have had so many of them over the years though. Artifacts would most likely be caused by a faulty gpu, bad vram to be more specific. So when I underclock my gpu heavily and keep the temps at 49C & play the game in low preset in 720 and still get these glitches. I know something is up. Drivers I can buy though, this problem was 90% less persistent with old 412 something nvidia drivers. can't use those anymore though.

Do you have Nvidia DLSS enabled by any chance? Or Ray Tracing?
If yes, can you please turn those off completely (via the in-game settings) and check if you're still seeing these weird things?
