Banned for “cheating”

I seriously don’t see how or in what world that someone could have possibly looked into 3 of my appeal tickets and get denied every single time I’m not sure if someone’s not doing their job right or if the support just doesn’t give a crap for it’s legit player base. I don’t know if maybe my account was accessed by someone else and they cheated on my account or what, but I can surely promise you I don’t have the time nor the money to waste on cheating in any game let alone battle field 2042 I mean come on now seriously. I work 9:30 pm to 5:30 am and I love to just come and enjoy a game or two of battle field before I go to sleep for the day hell I’d even let someone do a full on PC check I’ve owned this pc since 2019 and I haven’t wiped it once so if there is any “Cheats” you should be able to find something right? But no I just get tossed aside and slapped with.          “We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating. Because of this, we will not remove the sanction on your account.”      THIS IS INCORRECT!!!!!!
