Battlefield 2042 crashes without error

Hello everyone!

I have an issue with Battlefield 2042. This problem started happening to me after the update earlier this year.When I open the game after the update, it crashes itself without any error or sign. I already contacted with EA and they suggested me some solutions. I tried all of them and none of them worked. I let them know about this problem again and they suggested me to ask the community. Is there anyone who has this problem, if so, do you know the solution?
