Server host Issues

So I started a server on a portal yesterday!!!! It was running fine!!! But I tried too take it down today and it’s giving me error! It’s still hosting by me and such! Idk! I went too portal.com and took it down and it’s still appearing on ps5 for 9 hours! I tried unlinking ea account from PS5 and tried rebuilding data base and restoring licenses and it’s still shows in the portal on PS5 recommended! I’m not understanding this! EA help has not replied too my tickets today and I’m clueless af!! Anyone has answers?

    Hi there, you could try and turn off the option "permanent servers" on the options to brute force it

    we all are having problems with portal, in fact we have a big post Here in which we all complain together to make pressure, i would appreciate if you could jump over and share your opinions
