Battlefield 2042 GOLD EDITION MISSING CONTENT

I bought the gold edition on series x, and i didn't receive any bundle. I have downloaded the bundles but there aren't in game skins ecc. How is it possible? I paid for that

I played more than 20 hours already but still got nothing from my gold edition. It sucks.
