The crazy thing is, is when i run discord, it's more laggy and sound disapering, then when discord is not running.
I also played a coop alone and then there was no problem.
I think the problems all started when secure boot was needed.
And when i look at MSI afterburner CPU is running at 100% but steady around 69degrees Celcius and my RTX 2070 Super constant at 60 degrees Celcius.

The game is laggy because the framerate is 36fps.
To see the game's framerate, type the console command below. The framerate will show in the top right corner of the screen.
Press the ~ key and type this into the console.
PerfOverlay.DrawFps 1
Post a screenshot and I'll be able to tell if the low framerate is due to a CPU or GPU issue.
