@Max1boy Check my videos in the first post, its not about being sensitive, I literally can not play the game because its so bad. Only way to hit shots is if someone stands still.
If ya do a cleanboot less programms will startup so your cpu / gpu / mem can handle more data without interupts.
IF after this cleanboot game runs better , then check for software that runs in the background (example Armoury) !
try this again , as ya did before and post your results aghain please !
reboot pc by a clean boot:

I opened a bug report https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/rubber-banding-movement-stutters/m-p/11874052#M21366
@EA_Atic even asked for footage and after I went and recorded it he just ignored me...

@Max1boy sorry for the delay.
Could you do another video of that happening with PerfOverlay.drawFps 1 it should see what hardware is doing at the same time and if anything is going into the red.
We seen that TN spikes when FPS is being unstable, not seeing see the unstable FPS icon from your video so curious to see how it's looking.

@EA_Atic Hi, here it is https://youtu.be/7oDygep2n3k
The recording is from when then "TN" started fluctuating and going up, you can see the rubber banding starts to happen.
It is especially noticeably when im driving the RAM but can also be seen and felt on foot.

@EA_Atic First of all thank you! This is the first time I'm able to get official awareness to this issue which is by far the worst problem in the game, it literally makes it unplayable.
I don't think it's related to CPU spikes, I got AMD 5950x and rtx3080 and the issue is replicated regardless of the graphical settings I use.
It feels more like server desync or rubber banding as the rest of the world seems fine except for my character.
- raverill3 years agoRising Hotshot@Max1boy All the snake oil solutions offered by various ops in this forum will not work... this is an issue with the game.
Try this... spawn into a map and in a clear area just move right using D key for 3 or 4 seconds and then go left using A key for a few seconds and keep repeating, left to right and watching movement.. It's not smooth, there is intermittent but noticeable hitching / micro stutter.
Repeat this in BF5,4,3 or 1 and its smooth with no hitching!
This game has a problem with random hitching / microstutter / frametime spikes, noticeable ( if you're sensitive to it or looking for it) that is apparent when moving . - NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran
I have had multiple forums on this and it’s defo the game. Internet if full fibre and I use a 3080 with 12700k and 32GB ddr5 and I get the stutter all the time in game especially with time nudge counter. When I do draw fps it’s always green and this happens regardless of settings and resolution. Clean boot has been tried with same result. Full windows reinstall is tried with same result. Windows 10 with same result. Windows 11 with same result. @EA_Atic can you please update us with what’s happening and any response from dice. Also for me the majority of the stutter is when my character is running. It feels like slight rubber banding but it’s super annoying. I have tried every work around solution under the sun now. This is also the only game I have issues with. I even upgraded my ram today for 64GB ddr5 and same issue. Thanks

@EA_Atic Hello Atic, is there any update on this please?
I am using I tel
i712700k with 3080 so do not think the CPU spike in the above video would be the cause and it’s exactly the same situation as @Max1boy and my video looks identical to his but even worse when running! Can you please update us as we have been waiting over a year now for a fix.
have dice acknowledged this or looked into it?
Thanks

@EA_Atic do we have any updates yet? Can you please let us know.

The silence speaks volumes i suppose.🤨

I genuinely do not think they are acknowledging our issue here and are going to fix it!

Still got the stutter after update and worse than it’s ever been now.!!! @EA_Atic can you please update us!
- NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Max1boy I just did a full system reinstall as had enough of windows 11 bugs. Put windows 10 back on installed all latest drivers so fresh system. Installed battlefield. Still stuttered when TN could went over like 20. This is testimony now that the game is the issue. It’s the only game on my system. I also can’t download battlefield via EA app I have to use origin it’s crazy!
- 3 years ago@NightHawkk1997 I did exactly the same two weeks ago and installed windows 10.
It didn't fix the rubber banding, the issue is without a doubt in the game. - NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Max1boy I accidentally installed that 22h update the other night on windows 11 and it ruined everything for all my games that’s why I am on windows 10 now 🤣
We really need EA to respond to this forum - raverill3 years agoRising Hotshot
yep... just tried the game myself since this latest patch. Hitching etc still there! 😬
