Battlefield 2042 micro stuttering when running

Have you or anyone found a fix for this problem? I never had this issue until today after updating to Season 3. I added a copy of my DxDiag text file to this post with my info

    @NightHawkk1997 Every update i have hope they have fixed it. Same with season 3. It's so bad right now, when i see TN jump, i can sometimes lift my hand from my keyboard and watch my character execute the commands i gave seconds ago. It never has been this bad before...
