Battlefield 2042, Not able to load into games.

I had this issue a little while ago however it got patched and now it's back. Whenever i try to load into a playlist, it does the countdown then I'm hit with a black screen with the loading symbol in...

Its May 2023 and this is still an issue. I can't believe they didn't give out refunds for this dumpster fire. I sent a ticket off about this and its been 2 weeks with no answer. I'm about to just give up and move on....never again

Still have the same problem since beta, I think this is a problem with NAT or internet settings. (My NAT setting already set as OPEN)

But why other game won't occur this issue? (Ex: APEX BF5 BF1)

My friend won't occur this issue when connecting the network with PPPOE
