I see watchdog events/logs, check dxdiag bottem, there are logs stored , could ya check in those logs for more info.

When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
Now enter this command:
wmic /output:C:\mb_mem_bios_info.txt memorychip list full&wmic /append:C:\mb_mem_bios_info.txt baseboard get product, Manufacturer&wmic /append:C:\mb_mem_bios_info.txt bios get smbiosbiosversion
At youre C: drive there is now a file called mb_mem_bios_info.txt post this file please !!!

I see youre bios version is 0804 !
There are serveral bios upgrades for youre system.
the Version 0904 seems to be g-skill memory sticks, it could fix issues !
Ill recommend to flash bios up to latest version, so ya sure there is no HARDWARE thats not compatible !!

You got 7600 and partnumbers below are the only 2 supported with cpu and motherboard!

EDIT: i also see memory is running at 7800 ? while the sticks are 7600 !!!
Change XMP/DOCP ect ect to the 7600 , do not use 7800
