@SkyIerMalia did ya already try to disable evrything at your system (cleanboot). With your current system cfg its hard to get some real FPS without stutter. Disable as many services as posible to get more performanc (about25 serveices to disable , google for it).
And your memory is bottleneck at this moment only 8 makes your machine and drives really work HARD to get it up and running!)
