Battlefield 2042 Series x and PS5 friend invite issue

Can you actually help with the issue or do you just repeat the same, check Ea names. Like you would think after a year Ea would have it corrected. On about 13 threads you have the same answer or I should say you responded with a question to a question. Xbox x and S series seem to have an issue adding Ps5 players. Yes we all have searched in the Ea tab.
