@RheyLEW82did ya try without controller ? Lower graphics settings and render hertz !
Okay, WITHOUT the (Xbox one) controller, the game runs normal. WITH the controller, the constant stuttering returns immediately. I did just buy a brand new controller, so I thought maybe I need to update the firmware. I updated the controller firmware via Microsoft app, deleted my game cache and the game still stutters with the controller connected, both via USC C cable and with the wireless adapter. Is this a known issue? Why did you ask me to try without the controller? I feel like we're getting close....

But its also possible your controller isnt "compatible" (yet) with windows.

Game On !I'm using an Official brand new MICROSOFT Xbox One controller. Like I mentioned, I've tried both wired via USB type C cable and Microsoft wireless adapter - which uses RF and not Bluetooth. I've also updated the controller's firmware. It still makes no sense that the game runs fine the second I turn off the controller and use keyboard and mouse...

So my game randomly just started working fine months ago, I did nothing to fix it. Fast forward to now Jan 2023, I got a new 3060 Ti (coming from rx5700) and the stuttering is back. I'm running all latest drivers and of course every other game is fine. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall?? This is very frustrating..
