Hey @NOLAItsNotOva,

If your console completely shuts down when playing a game, make sure that the console is in a well ventilated place, as it are signs of possible overheating or other hardware/firmware failures.

@EA_Leeuw Console is in a well ventilated area. This is the only game that I have this issue with. All my other games work perfectly fine. At first it was just throwing me to the dashboard. After that happened about 3 times, it has now started just shutting down my console
