I would like to comment after a long time since I was one of the ones who participated in creating the problem about the Crashes back in 2021. A patch was introduced in October 2021 which made everything a bit better. But shortly after that the problem started again. I had tried many things. Mains power directly to the socket, clear cache memory, hard reset and so on and so on. But nothing helped. I had lost hope in the game.
I had not touched the game for months. Downloaded 3 days ago and tried....again several crashes to dashboard and Hard Crashes.
At the same time a New Xbox Series X arrived at my house yesterday and the old one was sent to Microsoft for review. Set up new console, downloaded game, launched and had no problems. I strongly suspect that this is due to a hardware problem with some consoles. I can only advise you if you still have warranty to send in the console to Microsoft. Everything runs smoother than ever. No problems or anything else. I can't say exactly why that is so. If it's a certain series of consoles that might be affected with a certain serial number like 317 and 817 as im able to find out in the Internet but I'm not Sure.
Just had a argument with Xbox support and they are saying it is EA and the game as the Xbox dont crash when playing other high demanding games!
They have gave me this to try just in case but he says its the game and EA should fix.
