Why is this being ignored by EA? How can they take people's hard earned money and provide a product that doesn't work? Surely there a legal liability here? Class action lawsuit?
11 pages in this thread and it doesn’t seem to matter. There are loads of threads just like this and it’s all the same.
My bet is they know that there’s an early batch of series x consoles that have some defective part that makes it unable to play 2042, but they can’t come out and say that for some reason. Maybe they’d have to give out refunds if they said “Yeah, sorry, you just can’t play it on that console”
Id like to be wrong, but after the millionth recommendation of “power cycle, dust your vents” etc, you can tell they’re on customer service auto pilot and not really trying to solve the problem. It sucks, id really like to play the game.
If that was the case then how can it play other high demanding games like COD that also has over 100 players in warzone and x-platform.
right, but it only seems to affect a small portion of people. small enough for the devs not to care
