Ever since I installed BF2042, the game would crash constantly. Over time it became once per sitting. However tonight it's happened twice now. This is particularly frustrating because of the nature of the game. Time and effort are put into every match and having all your progress lost is incredibly discouraging, time and time again. No other game I own does this to my Xbox. Battlefield 2042 is the only common factor. I understand nothing can probably be done to resolve this, but it would bring me some peace of mind if at least others were experiencing the same issue.
Sure, CoD/Warzone has it's occasional crash, but it NEVER shuts down my console. That appears to be a BF2042 specific problem that I've never experienced with any other title.
