ATTENTION!
I have bad news for all the players getting this problem!
ok if you look back at all the comments you will see I had this problem this is my sons account and if you look for “MrBluePlaydoh” account hat is mine so I’m not trolling and I really wanted to get a fix but it’s bad news.
so I bought my son that 2k23 wrestling game and he was away on holiday with his mum so I downloaded it onto his Xbox series x (at my house and the Xbox with this problem) and it started randomly crashing just like this game.
so I rang Microsoft and they said they will fix my Xbox and not charge me even though it’s out of warranty. I changed my mind and didn’t send the Xbox to them and I just bought a new series x.
now the bad news guys, this game and that wrestling game has been working flawlessly so the question now is did Microsoft release a faulty batch of Xboxes? As the one I bought was a early (ish) batch
sorry for the bad news but it isn’t the game
@CartoonCat1562and Xbox Series X players:
I agree—for general information: there has been a bad batch of Xbox Series X consoles, where the console (even though new) will shut down suddenly. Some games are fine; others you'll be able to play for some 5 mins until it happens. It started already in 2020 upon launch.
Contact Microsoft when this is the case.
It is not EA's fault if your console is suffering from this when you play '2042'.

I didn’t want to admit it was my Xbox but when I bought my boy his series x for when he is with his mum at his house and he played this game with zero issues it started making me wander if it was his Xbox he has at mine, now I bought a new one it confirms microsoft had a bad batch and they are not admitting it!
- 2 years ago@TheseusJason Source? I have a late 2021 Series X and it happens regularly
