I'm not convinced it's a hardware issue. I've been in contact with Microsoft and they are by far way better customer service than EA. Even Comcast has better customer service.

If the game was crashing on other games I would agree it's probably a hardware issue. But it's literally only one game that it's crashing on. If the battlefield 2042 Xbox series X version of the game. I own both versions and Battlefield 2042 Xbox One version runs fine with no crashes.

I have already deleted this game and am glad they are ending support for this product. My console is from release and I bought 2 and on one 2042 works fine and on the other it works badly. I have also read that there are people who bought an xsx a year ago and also have problems with 2042. I will not buy a new console for a faulty game that turned out to be the most underdeveloped BF in Dice history. Unfortunately my unplayable digital copy of 2042 cost about $100 and I will never forget that for them. Don't buy preorders.

Bought a new series x and they all work fine. No matter what the issue, ultimately Microsoft and EA don’t care enough to fix it

These are my stats from the first dash of the 625h Playtime game. It crashed at the beginning and they fixed it after release. This year it is not playable. Do you think my console was broken from new or is it broken now?
