Same here. Funny thing, try connecting to your phone's hotspot if you have one. I can connect with my cellular network but not my home account. It's like they are region blocking IP ranges from ISP's or something. But I was playing for about half of the trial with EA Play and it was working. But now it's the same as you. Zero error message on Series S just fails in slightly different ways to join any mode at all.
