BF 2042 black screen

Question

Hi everyone, I have a problem with BF2042. I can't join a cross-play server in Conquest and Breakthrough mode. After selecting a map, the map won't load. A black screen appears and I'm kicked out to the main menu. I tried to fix the problem myself, but to no avail. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I deleted my save file. I uploaded and downloaded my save file to the cloud. I also connected my console to a network cable, but nothing helped. I reset the console with the power button for 7 seconds, checked the licenses and updates, and nothing. Is there any way to fix this??? PS5

its been more than 2 weeks. ım not expecting anyone to fix it. bf6 sales are low. ea is forcing everyone to buy bf6 by making bf2042 unplayable. of course they needed an umbrella to cover this which they named "cheat". this is the summary of whats going on.
