Funny enough I can now join hazard mode. Not at all interested in it so I’m not sure if it worked all along since I didn’t even think to try that mode until today. Others modes are all the same. I can also show you how to refund this bad boy through MS if you need help with that. I for one won’t sit around and let the refund window expire with the trust that this gets fixed. Hell, you are the only person who has replied to me. Not one person who represents EA/DICE/BATTLEFIELD here, on twitter or elsewhere has given me the time of day.
They finally answered me. Two steps I Hadn't tried. not sure if one does the trick but delete the save game data locally for battlefield and also go into network advanced settings on the xbox and clear the alternate mac address. Boom, now I'm playing laggy battlefield with everyone else and all is well. Good luck to you.
So what will happen to the challenges you had for the shotgun? I wasnt able to get it since i have the same issue and nothing resolved it and still cant play so im sure i will miss on the smg challenge for this week. Will we get those as compensation? I know it has been hard for you guys recently but if i paid for this game i should be able to play and get rewards which i cant
Still having this issue. Crossplay on I can join a match no problem. Off, will not.

Same problem. I’ve waited over 30 minutes of my trial now trying to join games. I was able to lay for 3 hours and I actually had a little fun. Such a shame. Trying the 2 solutions now.
Any updates on this? I tried again to play this game since i wanted to check season 1.. still the same issue its been 8 months no fix what the hell..
i got same problem since patch 1.1, can't connect ANY match. After some black screen game dropping to menu
clearing dns or reinstalling game\anti cheat not resolving problem
i talked to EA today and they said there's nothing on there side and i reset a bunch of stuff and there was no dice and they said it was probably my console. an hour after that my game was running perfectly then i closed it and when i came back it was broke again so i don't know what the heck is going on
