OK, I completely uninstalled everything again and restarted my computer. Then reinstalled EA & Steam apps and BFV. Same problem.
Now my C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts folder only has an EA Desktop folder in it. No other folders. No License folder anywhere.
I'm stumped.
Good question! Yeah, it's still enabled - no other folders show up in this file path
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop
