Battlefield Lobby Black Screen Sent to Menu Router Fix

For 24 hours i have been unable to enter games. When the game counts down to send me in a lobby the screen goes black and i get sent back to menu. I have reinstalled, factory reset xbox x and router. Contacted ea who said they wont even tey to help. Go to community forums they said. I have tried much more

 

than i listed to no avail. Anyone?

    I got the same problem 2 years ago it was my asus router he was in game mode 

    simply disable dmz in router setting or any Game mode setting from your router , don't port forward

    don't use any game priorize setting from router,
    or Open Nat setting from game mode setting

    I tried using another persons account. That profile did not work either. Changing my gamer tag still might?

    Yeah, that's fine for trying a different account.

    When you're on that black screen, can you still bring up the dashboard, friends menu, etc.?
