BF 2042 completely reset my progess
2042 has reset all of my progress and purchases since I reinstalled it last night, I spoke with EA support about this and they basically just said there's nothing they can do about my progress or purchases. All they said is that they recommend posting a ticket here. If this could be resolved in anyway that would be greatly appreciated.
This is a user to user forum, there's no way we would be able help with your account issue. You will need to contact EA and if they won't help ask for someone higher up until you get someone that can help.
