The Problem is that your CPU is Bottlenecked. Since its 128 Players your CPU cant just Handle the players. Thats why you guys get Good Games in the other game modes and bad rubber banding and Lag,Stutters int he Normal Conquest and breakthrough. 😢
I have RTX 3070 FE and a old CPU I7 7700 Kaby lake it has 4 cores only so its pretty bad but when I switched my GPU to my friends good CPU PC i5 12600F. The problem disappeared!.
If you change Graphics settings in the game it WONT affect anything since your are Limited by the CPU it takes longer for it to process the information rather than the GPU.
Also Nvidia REFLEX makes the problem Worst(atleast for me) and DLSS Doesnt work good for that reason too.
You may have noticed that Having Low settings or Medium to High settings doesnt change the FPS
To Sum it up you need Better Processor: 10th gen -12th gen Intel or AMD alternative.
People that say that they have all the newest CPUs and GPU are either lying or have GPU bottleneck of some sort..😇
@LuzuVlogsGamer Lag won't be fixed by that, i have a 12900k and a 3090ti, since v1.0 I get lag every game.

- @NBKTHE1 Yay I have as well 50 Ping on the servers but thats not the worst thing we can live with that.Internet problems is different im talking about the old cpus since i had the same problem and fixed it after trying a lot of stuff.
