If you did a clean Windows install and immediately installed the game and it doesn't work, you very likely have a hardware configuration issue. Check BIOS for things like memory speed (must match what CPU can support).
I just checked and everything is set to auto, i have never touched any thing in there. Tried F5 (set to optimized) in bios and got no changes when i got out of bios.
