BF2042 crashes by loading up, since BF6 Open Beta Client has been installed

    I do not want to go further into details, so after analyzing, switching and testing "various" stuff, only a revert of NVIDIA Drivers helped in my case. By the installers integrated clean install checkbox and the drivers revert from v580.88 to 577.00

OK so 2042 only started crashing after i installed BF6 beta right? i don't think so.. we had to enable secure boot to be able to launch BF6 beta and i think that's what the problem is.. I've never had secure boot on while playing 2042 and now i think its required.. so i noticed my bios version was 2019 LOLZ.. check your bios and see if its extremely old.. I updated and now I'm not crashing anymore.. nor is my pc rebooting when a new map starts..
