BF2042 crashes on launch

I understand, you are one of the few people for whom this problem is difficult to solve. You can see the solutions I have tried in this post, but without any success. I did manage to launch the game, but it crashes after two minutes -> 2042 crashes when joining a game | EA Forums - 12505917 

Steeve_BF​ I have reverted my driver, repaired the EA app, reinstalled BF 2042, verified the integrity of the files, and I'm still getting the same issue too. I hope there is a fix soon.

Yes i know what do you mean...
After some testing, I was able to try this solution on certain users: 

- Downgrade your Nvidia driver to 577.0.
- Restart your machine.
- Launch the game (play for about 50 seconds).
- Close the game.
- Launch Nvidia App. 
-Update your driver to the latest version.
- Restart your machine.
- The problem should now be resolved.

This will save you from having to keep version 577  😄
And I think DICE is already aware of this, as there have been a lot of reports about this issue this week.

Yep, I'm rather aware that problem is with NVidia driver, but question is: are you (Dice) going to fix this problem or not? =) Because I'm not going to revert driver only for it

The problem you're experiencing may be due to the NVIDIA driver.

- I recommend installing version 577.0 (no other version), available here → https://www.nvidia.com/fr-fr/drivers/

- After that you can repair EA Javelin anticheat here -> https://help.ea.com/en/articles/platforms/pc-ea-anticheat/

- Restart your PC and launch the game
