BF2042 keep Freezing PC

Summarize your bug Since launch I'm facing PC Freeze, Crash to Desktop, Bluescreen and after every update I go back and retry it. But still having the same issue. I have a fresh installed Windows 11 last month to try it, nothing was installed and only BF2042... I play other games and I never have problem with them. Fifa 23, Overwatch 2, Cyberpunk, Dead Space Remake, anyways... AAA titles recent released and I don't have any issues with them... only with Battlefield 2042.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play any mode, during the gameplay it will happen.
What happens when the bug occurs? The PC freezes and needs to be hard restarted or a BOSD, Crash is very rare to happen.
What should be happening instead? Work.

    For MSI motherboard owners : look in the bios if the "GAME BOOST" mode is disabled ! Battlefield really doesn't like this mode

    @Berike666 I still got that freeze but my screens go black i can hear music in background and cannot do anything other than unplug my pc from outlet and get it back in and still will get that freeze and my fans go at max speed someone got a fix to it?

    Lots of issues still happening and EA give a * about it... they destroyed all franchises they try to make... Battlefield is being killed by this poor performance and the low quality, CoD destroyed them and they don't even care about their customers... I gave up on this game already. Just waiting EA to go bankrupt soon

    @ragnotti92 Exactly what happens for me. Delete cache, repair, change drivers, nothing works, run as admin, don't run as admin, nothing works. Every update same old crap until it starts magically working again.

    Its happening here all the time too bro.. its really annoying this *. I tried everything and i don´t know what i should do.

    Can not play this game...

    @jaur_br please erxplain in detail what happens.
    Also share youre system info, post a dxdiag.
    What trouble shoot did ya already do ?
    Since when do ya got this issue, day 1 ya did buy bf2042 or after any update , new windows , new gpu driver , windows update ect ect ect

    @Rokebo73 After 20-30 minutes of gameplay the game suddenly quit everytime, randomly freeze and quit to desktop. No errors appears, nothing. Just quit. My PC settings are good and its super ok to play the game in low resolution. Apparently BF2042 does NOT work well with 12gen intel and i really dont know why. Im sharing here the crashdumps folder and dxdiag. If there´s a solution i really would love to know it.

    I think after the new updates in windows/Nvidia drivers things got worse..

    I'm not entirely sure - but I've just made a post about a similar issue I have.

    I never get any BSOD's they are the rarest of the rare - however after every GFX card update or Windows update, I seem to get a BSOD when playing the game (usually a few minutes into the round), and that BSOD always mentions the "EasyAntiCheat" software as the error.

    This isn't an EA in-house program so I'm not sure what the solution is - but repairing the game works for me and then a "Restart" (not shutodown or any other option) of Windows.

    Might help - worth a try.

    @jaur_br  did check youre dxdiag.
    I do see multiple errors with , LenovoUtility , LenovoDiagnosticsCLI.exe.
    There is also a error with steamwebhelper.exe <-- did buy BF2042 at steam ?

    Also errors with microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_16005.14326.21374.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe
    and ScanForUpdatesForUser, also Microsoft.Win32WebViewHost_10.0.22621.1_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy

    Did ya already check for windows health ? Do this:
    SFC - Windows Health Check and MEM check

    Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD
    Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
    When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
    Use the following command lines, pressing Enter after each
    (make sure you wait till each of the commands is executed properly):

    sfc /scannow
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Reboot your system
    Now do a windows update check.

    Also make sure ya got the latest system drivers installed.
    Again a reboot from windows and then again do:
    Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD
    Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
    When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
    Use the following command lines, pressing Enter after each
    (make sure you wait till each of the commands is executed properly):

    sfc /scannow

    Tell me if at both SFC /SCANNOW are errors displayed!
    IF errors keep poppingup, then reinstall CLEAN / FRESH windows.
    Make sure ya do a quick format from the system drive (c🙂

    PS if ya do a fresh/clean windows install, then do not install any utility (lenovo/AMD/armory ect ect ect)

    @Rokebo73 i I bought the game at steam..

    Checked all these commands and did NOT appears any trouble or error.

    windows health, mem check, scan health, check health and restore. sfc scan ok -  Eveythings looks fine. No errors displayed.

    Reinstall the game and the crash still happening.

    Man, this is so annoying..
