BF2042 low GPU usage

Hey guys!
So after a few months I still cannot properly play the game. With my 2070 Super and my Ryzen 5 3600 I only reach 50% GPU usage at max, while my CPU is at 60-80%. I thought to myself okay, I have a 3440p widescreen monitor, maybe thats the issue, but that shouldnt affect my gpu usage whatsoever. I tried to look for solutions or any kind of help but still no improvement. I myself have been playing BF since BF2. I really enjoyed BF3 hence why I was so happy seeing Noshar Canals in Portal, but then again, playing it on 30-40fps really isnt enjoyable. In the beginning I was like alright, its EA, it happens, we are kinda used to it, but now after quite some time they didnt do anything to adress that issue many players are complaining about. Is there anything I could do?
