What can I do ?
As I can see on https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/are-ea-servers-down/ servers are working
My friend can't launch the game also

I believe that this has been resolved. Are you able to play again now?
just wait for EA to ban your account for cheating and wont be problem anymore.
