[BF2042] Official Conquest, Hourglass, spawned underneath map

i was driving over an enemy equipped with an rocket launcher, nothing happened to him was like static .. was pushed away instead .. was shooting at my vehicle from behind .. and i died .. invincible players now ..

additionally to this issue, i want to add a different problem .. as there was an INVISIBLE player killing stuff ..

it is also an old but very rare bug or glitch:

ah, it seems by taking this screenshot the player name was not visible anymore. that player was straight up 10 meters infront of me running around invisible and killing players. happened on official Conquest Kaleidoscope, A1 skyscraper top
